Is this how we act?
Yesterday, I was at a supermarket buying fruits. No doubt there was a lot of people queuing. Well, pay day sudah bah nie... In the hectic of queuing, there was a lot of people complaining if one is late in paying out the bills. There was this one lady with a basketful of grocery waiting for her turn. So, when it was her turn the cashier suddenly took our her kunyit without telling the lady. The lady was definetely surprise. So, she was what's wrong with it. The cashier, in a very impolite manner, answered it has no price tag. Well, as I was behind I could see clearly that it does have a tag. I gave a weird look that could be seen by the cashier. Thus, the cashier said harsly that the code for the kunyit is not in entered yet. I could sense that the lady was not very please with the explanation but being a very good lady, she didn't have the guts to answer back. So pity... the cashier should actually take another pack of kunyit to replace hers. Mana tau the lady is really in need of that thing. Moral of the story- be brave when this happen to you, remember, customer always right.

ya, we must know our right, kn? kalu sia yg jadi tu lady kn,, sia tggu dlu tu cashier kasi key in item terakhir,, then sia ckp,, oo...sia inda jadi beli smua la,, babai!! >>> trus lari capat2 smbil tingu jam,, haha,,

if i was the lady, what did i do:
aku bukak plastic kunyit tu, tabur atas kepala cashier tu.
then i ask her," u nak keje ke tanak?!"
heheh.
supermarket mana 2???? mau diboikot~
sd mcm penjahat bah...
oh dear...wat a terrible day for the lady.if i was in her shoes,i will look for the supervisor n complaint..peduli tu cashier..mcm ja kita curi tu kunyit..n mcm dia mau kasi bankrupt pula bosnya coz x mau jual tu kunyit..bikin panas ba..anyway, God bless d lady for being so patience... (~_~)
THE LADY SHOULD LEARN TO BE MORE ASSERTIVE..bukan melawan tapi spy itu cashier pun dpt belajar bsikap lbh hormat dn bsopan-santun..HORMATI HAK PENGGUNA maa..:)
