Stop talking if you aren't acting...

Some like to complaint but doing nothing, some just sit and and doing nothing. Which one do you prefer? Both moght not work for you.. Let say you are FORCE to opt... Which one suit you? I prefer the later. Why? Because I hate when people keep on saying this and that.. aiming this and that but had no force or has no direction in doing what he or she dreams of..
